These Terms govern your access to and use of Talent Solution's services. By registering, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian to use our platform.

Talent Solution provides HR management software and related services to startups, SMEs, and enterprises. All services are to be used in compliance with these Terms.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Talent Solution is not liable for unauthorized access due to failure to secure login details.

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes. Unauthorized, illegal, or harmful use is prohibited.

All content, design, software, and other elements of Talent Solution are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any material without written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

Customers retain ownership of all data they upload to the system.

Data provided by customers will be processed and stored for the purpose of providing, operating, and supporting the services in accordance with Talent Solution's Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that data provided to the system is lawful, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws.

Certain services may require fees. By opting for paid services, you agree to timely payment of applicable charges.

Service plans may be renewed according to the subscription cycle selected. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely payment to maintain access to the service.

Except as required by law or otherwise approved in writing by Talent Solution, all fees paid are non-refundable.

This is a SaaS product with no physical delivery.

After successful payment, the account is activated immediately or within a few minutes.

Users can access and use the service right away.

Talent Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if it detects violations of these Terms or unlawful use of the service.

Users may terminate their use of the service at any time by discontinuing use or submitting a cancellation request in accordance with Talent Solution's procedures.

Talent Solution is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Talent Solution shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide the service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, widespread power outages, or telecommunications infrastructure incidents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Vietnam.

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our services without compensation.

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of major updates, and continued use indicates acceptance of new Terms.
